Return Policy
We will accept returns on unused and unworn merchandise only. Tickets must be on the items, and they must be in their original packaging. Returns must be postmarked within seven days of receipt. Returns will be accepted at our discretion. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping Cost
We ship USPS Priority Mail or the equivalent. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping. Shipping rates are a flat $4.95 for your entire purchase, and this includes shipping insurance. If you need an item shipped to you more quickly, please contact us before you complete the transaction, and adjustments to shipping costs will be made accordingly.
Warranty
All of our items are created with the utmost care. We use only the best materials to ensure that our products will last and look beautiful when worn time and time again. With that being said, we are proud to offer a warranty on our items. All pieces are given a two-year warranty against any defects in craftsmanship. If you experience any problems with your pieces, we will gladly repair them. If you have a problem due to anything other than a defect in craftsmanship, we will repair your pieces for a minimal charge. Simply contact us to discuss your product on an individual basis.
How long until I receive my refund?
After working with the process discussed above, please send the shipment back to us. Within two business days of receiving your return, we will process the transaction. Your payment will be refunded to the account with which you purchased it.
